Step 1: Exfoliate.
Exfoliating is so important because it gets rid of all of the dead skin and embarrassing flakes and will have a huge impact on how smooth your skin is as well as help moisturizer go on more smoothly.
I love Ocean Salt Face and Body Scrub for my face and body. It smells amazing and is just abrasive enough while leaving your skin silky smooth. While this says cleanser, I still prefer to use a body wash and definitely a face cleanser.
As for lips I have bought a few different scrubs but I prefer making my own. It is so simple to make, All you need is:
- Granulated sugar
- Olive oil (I use extra virgin)
- Coconut oil (unrefined)
- Orange extract
- small container
Step 2: Moisturize
I found this product recently and have been really happy with it. It is a Lotion you put on in the shower and then rinse off. It actually makes a difference, trust me.
I love this cream, it is perfect for my sensitive skin as it is unscented and the extra dry formula is perfect for the bitter winter.
Between washing my hands constantly to keep virus germs away and forgettibg to wear gloves, my hands can crack and bleed sometimes. At that point the only thing that really helps is layering on Eucerin Aquaphore ointment and putting on gloves like these before bed. There is a silicon layer on the inside enriched with vitamins and oils for extra moisture and by the time i wake up i have new hands
As an everyday moisturizer this is my favorite. The cucumber scent is light and pleasant and the formula moisturizes without being greasy or sticky and absorbs into the skin quickly.
I am a die hard lippie so you know it means something when i say thus is the best formula of chapstick i have come across. It also smells amazing, the only downfall is that it tastes horrible and chemically so if you lick your lips cinstantly i would go for something like eos lip balms.
